Holiday Gift Guide

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

This is for those procrastinators out there that still need to do your christmas shopping because I will give you the benefit of the doubt.. you have been a busy bee. The great thing about the holidays are all the gift sets that companies put out and if you are really on a budget then you can always buy any one of these sets and break them up. Pair it with something small and you got a gift that doesn’t look cheap that is still within your budget and  it knocks out a couple people on your list all at once!

Bauble Bar – If you have a friend that loves jewelry then Bauble Bar is the perfect place to get some affordable ones. They have so many different unique styles that you are guaranteed to find something. I got a dupe for the Dior pearl earrings for a fraction of the price for a friend and it looks great.

The Art of Shaving Set – This is for the guys in your life. If you can’t afford a set of The Art of Shaving tools (because who can?) then you can “fake” your wallet budget with this set. They came out with a mini starter set for only $25!

First Aid Beauty Cheers to FAB Skin – If you can still find this then props to you because as I am writing this I tried to find the link to everything but it turns out that this product is nowhere to be found now. Sorry! So instead I will include the link to another First Aid kit and you get 3 products instead of 5 for $28

Ciate Haute House Paint Pot Collection – 5 Ciate nail polishes for $25 is pretty good and they don’t chip easily! Hooray! This is one of those sets that you can break apart and gift them separately or use them as stocking stuffers.

_9759580Marc Jacob Daisy Perfume Roller Ball – $39.60 Perfume roller balls are one of the best presents because you get to sample a variety of perfumes instead of one and if you get this set every single one of the Daisy perfumes smells amazing. Another great set to split into 3 gifts.

Scarfs – I love scarfs and there is nothing better than snuggling up in a warm one. One that I would recommend if you can afford is would be the Burberry Cashmere scarves because they are so warm and snuggly. If not here are not more affordable options.. This is the Ralph Lauren one which is 100% wool for only $43.50. If you are trying to buy scarfs that will actually keep you warm then definitely look at the materials! Just because they are expensive does not mean that the fabric used is good. Look for wool and Cashmere because those will actually help retain heat compare to nylon, polyester, acrylic, rayon, etc. I’m actually very tempted in buying one of these for myself xD … but a cheaper alternative to this is the Topman Wool Knit Scarf for $35.00

71pDZvSJe0L._SL1500_Tangle Teezer – $8 – I have talked about this magical comb in past post before. Its just a really great cheap present to get for friends and they will love it! Even dudes will love it. My BF wants one because he said it feels like you’re getting a head massage? So it can be equally love for both genders (:

What other holiday gift ideas do you have?

Until Next Time,

NYE Holiday Party Outfit

(Click on the image for my style set)
Holiday Parties are popping up left and right and the big headache is putting together outfits that are appropriate for the occasion and crowd. I have put together a party outfit that would suit any party you go to whether its for the office, family, or friends.
This Blaque Label dress has a open back so it sexy but yet sophisticated and chic. This dress is simple so to add a bit of jazz and festive sparkle to the outfit I decided to pair it with a glitzy blazer. Don’t worry about your outfit being too plain when you remove your jacket because thats why you have your statement necklace. The one I chose has crystals with spikes at the end to make it more edgy which I love. I didn’t want to go too crazy with the rest of the outfit so the rings are simple and dainty and the clutch is a simple and black that can be worn on the shoulder or cross body. To tie the whole outfit together we are going to pair it with red pumps for that pop of color.
I hope you enjoy this style post so what are your party outfit ideas?

Happy Holidays !!

Hello Lovelies!

November and December is definitely my favorite months of the year. The sparkly gold, red, green, and silver decor mixed with the warm smell of nutmeg and cinnamon just fills my inside with happiness and warmth. It has been a couple of crazy months and this past semester has not been an easy one. Lots of emotional ups and down when it comes to decisions and acceptance of what life throws at you. I’m trying to stay positive and move forward with new goals because I believe that everything happens for a reason. So for that I’m sorry for the lack of content and uploads but what I can guarantee is lots of new reviews will be coming because I may or may not have been a little naughty during Cyber Monday. Loads of new products for me to try and experiment with and its about time because I haven’t really purchased many beauty products this whole year! I have literally been trying to use up what I have and it has finally gotten to a point now where I am able to restock on some new products (mostly skincare).

So let me give you a little update on my current obsession. Cinnamon. This addiction started back in October  I think and it is still going strong. I’ve always been indifferent about it but something clicked and now I want it every chance I get. Mexican Mocha. Cinnamon Dulce Latte. Horchata. Cinnamon Rolls. Cinnamon Oatmeal. **Drools** Every winter I look forward to Starbucks Peppermint Mocha because it was my favorite holiday drink but this Cinnamon addiction is so intense that I haven’t had a single cup of Peppermint Mocha this holiday season.. that is CRAZY!

What is your seasonal addiction? I’m sure you have one (;

Until Next Time,
❤ Jess

Of course I would be sipping on a Cinnamon Dulce Latte while writing this post (:
